Scope and Contents
The Personal Files of Frank Marion Chapman contain several dozen business cards reflecting his many occupations, such as Doctor, Alderman, partner in Chapman Publishing and packer and jobber of green apples. These cards have various cities such as Macomb and Chicago, Illinois, and Covina, CA. and range from 1870 foward.
They also contain one long letter from his brother, Charles C. Chapman, his obiturary in 1909, his medical college class schedule from 1876-1877, and a biography and family history written by his daughter Grace Chapman McCarn. Also in this collection are biographical sketches of Frank written by his brother, Charles.
