This collection contains copies of Westminster School District board meeting minutes, copies of legal documents, three Westminster Elementary school class photographs, commemorative stamps and stamp memorabilia.

A highlight of this series is a copy of the petition submitted to the school district on September 8, 1944 calling for an end to racial segregation in the district.
