Scope and Contents

The Wickett Family Collection contains Chapman and Wickett family memorabilia, realia, and ephemera from the early 20th century onward. It includes, among other things, items acquired from the family's international travels, including musical items, artistic items, textiles, 8mm and 16 mm films, and photos. The collection is drawn from three donations (accession numbers 2007-32, 2008-09, and 2009-4) from Geof Wickett.

Biographical / Historical

Geof Wickett is the great-grandson of C. C. Chapman through his paternal grandmother, Ethel Chapman Wickett, who was the daughter of C. C. Chapman with his wife Lizzie Pearson Chapman.
