This collection contains photocopies of three correspondence written by Amory A. Miller, Jr. to his parents during the Second World War. In two of the letters Miller writes about a Navy plane that crashed in the mountains of Northern Mindoro of the Philippines. Miller leads a patrol in search of a previous patrol that was sent in search of the crashed Navy plane. He describes the account in his letters.
