This collection includes postcards from Private Leonard Maley during the First World War, correspondence from Merchant Marine Cadet Leonard William Maley "Bill" to his parents during the Second World War and to "Bill" Maley from his wife Ruby P. Maley during the Vietnam War, and a transcribed war time diary of Virgil N. Wing, USN, who was a friend of "Bill" Maley. "Bill" Maley was a Merchant Marine Officer then a Lieutenant Commander for the United States Navy. All items are numbered by the donor and has corresponding information within the donation form.
