Correspondence from Walter Silsby Langston to his parents, Walter W. Langston and Agnes Elizabeth Langston, during the Second World War. Additionally, some correspondence to Walter Silsby Langston's parents from his spouse, Elveda Ruth (Bezner) Langston. Also, a correspondence from Walter Silsby Langston to his brother, Richard L. Langston, who was involved in the war. A few photographs are included as well, one of which is a wedding photograph. There is a correspondence written by Walter Langston when his ship was hit by a destroyer. Also, a telegram from John Bezner (Elveda's father) telling Walter W. Langston that Elveda had given birth to her daughter.
