Biographical / Historical
Private First Class Joseph Benjamin Wilkinson, AEF (8/31/1892 - 9/1974) was born to Benjamin and Mary Wilkinson in Meriden, New Haven, Connecticut. His parents were immigrants from England. PFC Wilkinson was twentyfour years old when he registered for the draft and later deployed to France. He died in September 1974 in Providence, Rhode Island.
