There is identifying information and an entitlement statement explaining Capt. Yoffa's priveleges as an officer of the Army of the United States should she be captured by the enemy. The cerificate was meant to be pocket carried and is signed by First Lieutenant Elmer F. Poelke, Adjutant General, United States Army.
