This sub-group contains photographs of famous people who spoke or performed as part of the Chapman College Artist Lecture series. It also contains the series brochures, flyers, and ephemera. One folder contains the manuscript notes of Louise Booth about the series for her book, Fulfilling a Dream: The History of Chapman University.

The papers of Charles C. Chapman include files he personally kept and organized and a few items such as his academic robe, some photographs and some citrus fruit labels that his family deposited at a later date. Charles C. Chapman's papers include his files pertaining to his long association with Chapman College, speeches he gave on over 400 occasions, copius notes by topic for his autobiography, pamphlets and news articles of interest to him, and personal and business papers.

Scope and Contents The David Slaughter Chapman Documentary Collection deals with the production of the Charles C. Chapman Documentary (1998). The materials in this collection are VHS tapes, video cassettes, DVCassettes, and master tapes containing interviews with Ernie Chapman and others. Along with the tapes are photo reprints from the Chicago Historical Society that cover the Chicago area from the late 19th century to the early 20th century.
