Scope and Contents This subseries contains Art Dept. ephemera, memos and promotional material in addition to several booklets related to departmental long range planning and departmental self study as part of the accreditation process through WASC. This also contains ephemera related to the Art Department galleries, including the Henley Galleria and Guggenheim Gallery.

Scope and Contents This sub-group contains photographs of famous people who spoke or performed as part of the Chapman College Artist Lecture series. It also contains the series brochures, flyers, and ephemera. One folder contains the manuscript notes of Louise Booth about the series for her book, Fulfilling a Dream: The History of Chapman University.

Charles Clarke Chapman Papers, 1844 - 1967

Abstract The papers of Charles C. Chapman include files he personally kept and organized and a few items such as his academic robe, some photographs and some citrus fruit labels that his family deposited at a later date. Charles C. Chapman's papers include his files pertaining to his long association with Chapman College, speeches he gave on over 400 occasions, copius notes by topic for his autobiography, pamphlets and news articles of interest to him, and personal and business papers.

Scope and Contents This series contains 2 postcards of Orange Union High School, which used to be where Chapman University now stands. One postcard is black and white and is signed and stamped. The other postcard is in color and shows Orange Union High School with flags resting on top of the building.

Scope and Contents Box 1 Realia, Chapman University Holiday Mug Collection. We have the years 1986-1988, 1991, 1993, 1995-2006. 1986 is clear glass with red lettering saying "Chapman College Christmas 1986" 1987 is smallish, white with green lettering "Chapman College" surrounds "Christmas '87" and has a green stenciled Christmas tree at the top. The reverse side has 3 similar trees of different sizes. 1988 is green with a picture of a dove saying "Peace on Earth" 1991 is red with a picture of Christmas present...
