This series of photographs contains early photographs of the Lindbergh family covering the years 1925 to 1974. Photographs include portraits of Charles and Anne Lindbergh, family photographs, candid photographs of their trip to Japan (1931), and group photographs with family friends.
Subseries 3. Lindbergh Kidnapping, 1915-1957
This series covers the years 1915-1957 and includes photographs pertaining to the Hauptmann trial (1935) for the kidnapping and murder of the son of Charles A. Lindbergh (March 1, 1932). Photographs include candid photographs of Charles A. Lindbergh, aerial views of the Lindbergh home, photographs from the trial, and photographs of trial participants. Notable photographs include photographs of gunman, John D. Granger; kidnapper, Bruno Hauptmann; and photographs of the jury.

Subseries 4. Anne Morrow Lindbergh, 1915 - 1970
This series contains photographs of Anne Morrow Lindbergh (1906-2001), wife of Charles A. Lindbergh. Photographs include Anne Morrow Lindbergh in group photographs, photographs with Charles A. Lindbergh, portraits, and photographs of Anne in Japan (1931). The majority of the photographs are candid photographs of Anne at various locations. A notable photograph features Anne with Amelia Earhart (ca. 1930).
