Contains ephemera from various annual and international conventions (1899-1987) which includes pamphlets, programs and buttons.
One grey and red beanie made for an elephant that Chapman entered in an elephant race in 1962 at the newly formed Orange County State College at Fullerton (now California State College at Fullerton) in conjunction with publicity for the new college. This series also contains photographs and information about the event, including clippings and a one-page typed history of the Elephant beanie and photographs.
This series contains old public relations files (most of which were kept by Chapman PR staff Ruth Wardell, about the beginnings of the Law School and Chapel. This includes correspondence, reports, press releases and other misc text files.

This series contains one folder of Media Relations and advertising material for Vernon L. Smith and his move to Chapman University. This material was transferred from the Director of Communications and Media Relations, Mary Platt.
