Three documents that relate to irrigation of groves and crops in Covina, California. One document is a receipt from 1902 for the Irrigation Company of Pomona received from Frank M. Chapman for 100 share of stock. The other two documents are agreements--one, from 1912, between Grant Chapman and the San Dimas Water Co., and the other, dated October 9, 1886, made between M. Baldridge, J. Baldridge, and others and the Azusa Water Development and Irrigating Comany.
