Ephemera, scripts, photographs, sheet music, and conductor scores from Chapman's annual American Celebration fundraiser, established in 1981 as a performing arts showcase for the university. In 2016, the name of the fundraiser changed to Chapman Celebrates.

This series contains seven black and white photographs of SSgt. Robert D. Mumaugh, USA during the Second World War and two color photographs of his mother Nancy, as well as one drawn, color portrait of Mumaugh apparently years after the war. The six of the black and white photos show SSgt. Mumaugh in uniform, some with other soldiers, and one portrait of him in a suit.

This series contains 28 photographs covering a variety of subjects including US Navy sailors; Casablanca locals; Casa Blanca architecture; and landscape photographs of the Morocco countryside. The majority of these photographs have inscriptions on verso. The photographer is unknown.
This series also contains a single printout containing four photographs arranged into quarters that recorded Brown with his wife and daughter.

The bulk of this series contains scanned correspondence from 1861 to 1899, three photographs, two poems, one article, "The Mother of the Stouts," by Theresa Seabrook, and one DVD "Monmouth County Historical Association: Coll. 4 Vera Conover." The overall series ranges from 1749-1977 in informational content, but was reproduced or scanned in 2012.

This series contains one undated photograph featuring one of Sgt. Robert H. Walters', USAAF service friends named Arthur Schulte of Hartington, Nebraska. The photo features Schulte seated on a camp chair with two small dogs.

This series of photographs covers the Southeast Asian conflicts that occurred during the 1960s and 1970s, including the Vietnam War, the Cambodian Civil War and the Laotian Civil War. Topics receiving special attention include the living conditions and resettlement of refugees, the antiwar movement, and U.S. military prisoners of war.

This series contains one black and white photograph of SM2/c Harold E. Summers, USN in uniform and four panoramic black and white photographs of an Army unit. There are two similar panoramas of an entire unit and two panoramas with just a few men; none of whom are identified.
The photograph of SM2/c Summers was deframed and a picture of the frame is printed out in the folder.

This series contains 1 photograph of Lt. Davis Minshew, USN, and his fellow crewmembers, possibly aboard the USS Numitor, during the Second World War. The six other sailors are African American.
Series 9, Family photographs, 1946 November 28
This series contains three photographs, black and white, of the Wappner family on Thanksgiving 1946. In the picture there is a cake that had "Welcome Home" written on it to celebrate the safe return of all of those in the family that served during the Second World War. Names are written on the back of each photo, these are copies of originals.

The George Argyros Collection includes 2 plaques and 1 box. Plaque 1 is from Orange Coast Magazine from November 2001. Plaque 2 consists of a photo of George Argyros as Chairman of the Board of Trustees, along with a quote. Both plaques are in the art rail slot 1 back. The box (Box 7)in Archives consists of newsclippings, a biography, photographs and one CD of digital photographs.

This subseries contains mixed materials related to C. Stanley Chapman, Jr. This includes photographs from Joan Mt. Pleasant Chapman, and 2 copies of a CD entitled, "Presenting Stanford's Beloved Alpha Delta Jazz Band, plus: Spring Sing Sweepstakes Winners, 1953, 1954 and 1956" of which Chapman, Jr. is featured as a trombone player.
