This series contains one letter from Willard J. Grant (Jay) to a Richard R. Thomas Jr. (Red). Letter is dated May 28, 1944. In the letter, Willard Grant discusses his time in school and makes mention of specific naval training classes. This letter does not refer to Roberta Armor, but is addressed to Purdue University, where Miss Armor was in attendance.
