Series 4, Postcards and stamps, 1948 - 1966
This series contains 61 postcards and four stamps. The stamps are from the Centennial of Fort Bliss in 1948. The postcards are all blank but appear to be from Col. Hecht and his wife's trip to Europe in 1966.
